Lowcountry Food Bank BackPack Buddies Program
Since 1983, the Lowcountry Food Bank, a member of the Feeding America network, has served ten coastal counties of South Carolina. Almost half of the clients served by the food bank’s three distribution centers are children and seniors. A donation from the Golf Classic to the Lowcountry Food Bank BackPack Buddies Program will help to ensure that local children will have healthy meals when school is not in session.

Pediatric Oncology Hollings Cancer Center
A center that combines patient care and research, Hollings Cancer Center holds the distinction of being a National Cancer Institute Designated Cancer Center. Hollings brings together over 180 physicians and scientists who are driving the discoveries that will lead to tomorrow’s treatments. Their research is the force behind delivering medical advances to children struggling with cancer and their families. A donation from the Golf Classic will help bring the latest diagnostic and treatment options to children.
